Step inside and enjoy the warm, welcoming living area featuring a cozy fireplace, a comfortable sofa that converts into a sleeper bed, and a large smart tv perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the Smokies. The open-concept layout flows naturally into the dining area, where the table comfortably seats up to 8 guests and a high chair, making it the perfect place for family meals, game nights, and shared memories.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need during your stay, including major appliances, cookware, dishware, and small appliances. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before heading out or enjoying a home-cooked dinner together, Sugar Bear makes it easy to feel right at home.
Enjoy the outdoors from the cabin's spacious L-shaped porch, offering multiple areas to relax and have fun. Step through the glass doors from the dining area to access the side porch featuring a private hot tub—the perfect place to unwind under the stars after a day of mountain adventures. Guests can also enjoy friendly competition with a ping pong table on the porch.
The front porch offers even more entertainment with a air hockey table, creating the perfect space for families and friends to spend quality time together.
Sugar Bear features comfortable sleeping arrangements with two king beds. The main-level master suite includes a luxurious king-size bed, a Smart TV, and access to a shared bathroom featuring both a relaxing Jacuzzi bathtub and a shower. Upstairs, the loft provides a private retreat with another king-size bed, a private bathroom with a shower and tub, and a fun entertainment area complete with arcade games.
Whether you're soaking in the hot tub, challenging each other to a game of ping pong or air hockey, enjoying the warmth of the fireplace, or exploring everything the Smoky Mountains have to offer, Sugar Bear is ready to welcome you.
